Abstract/Summary:
At present,China’s catering enterprises in staff turnover,low quality,lack of training,the overall quality is low situation,the healthy development of the food and beverage industry is very unfavorable,but also seriously affect the overall development of the third industry of our country.This study combines the employee relationship management status of Shanghai Shu-Fu catering company,research model through the theory with practice,from the analysis of the causes and problems in the reform,and to further explore the optimization strategy.Employee Relations Management is an important part in the study of modern human resource management,employee relationship management,actively involved with modern management concept,content is very rich,including the management of labor relations,legal services support,psychological counseling,employee conflict management,interpersonal relationship optimization,performance incentive management,and so on,its ultimate goal is to realize the organization target,help the staff to improve their value;narrow,"employee relationship management" is a kind of flexible management mea ns of enterprise organization internal use,to improve employee satisfaction through motivation,guidance,reduce the turnover rate,to maintain the stability and efficiency of enterprise organization.The definition,this thesis applies to narrow the one hand,Shanghai Shu-Fu palace catering company bad phenomenon with the catering industry in the employee relationship management,such as the vast majority of employees will be regarded as "temporary",lack of loyalty and respect for the occupation,on the other hand,Shanghai Sichuan Shu-Fu catering company market positioning,its own corporate culture based on the formation of some of the characteristics of the problem,and thus lead to security defects in the employment environment,salary,mental health and other aspects,which caused some obstacles to improve employee satisfaction.The main part of this paper is the employee management problem and strategy of Shu-Fu catering company,with "satisfaction" and "turnover" in two dimensions,this paper argues that these two dimensions represent the complex situation of employee relationship "end point",when the employee relations deteriorated to a certain extent after the employee will choose to leave,after the employee relationship optimization to a certain "critical value",presents the status of employee satisfaction.Based on the two dimensions of the intermediate management is showing a clear value differences,cultural differences,differences in ideas,etc..At the same time,in order to better convey the research strategy has wide applicability,focus on employee relations and human resource management,including corporate investment,leadership and management at all levels,and establish the target of human resource management(behavior)strategy to achieve better employee communication needs,so as to guarantee the enterprise organization in the economic benefits,social benefits,environmental benefits and other aspects of the value.Employee relationship management is a more flexible measures,emphasizing the incentive effect of non coercive measures under the benign,coordinating the relationship between employees and managers,employees and enterprises and employees;in research methods,mainly uses interview method,questionnaire survey of two kin ds of empirical models,at the same time,the search for relevant literature by CNKI,Wan Fang High Wire,Press database,the origin,evolution,and development trend of employee relationship management is explained.This thesis launches according to "put forward the problem,analyze and solve problems" ideas,the introduction part mainly aims at the research purpose,significance,content,setting up a complete framework for the whole thesis,laid a research foundation;summarize the literature search throu gh a large number of download content,determine the concept of the application of the research,research on the connotation and significance of the related content;the interview is part of empirical research in the temporary appointment,by random select ion method to investigate the current situation and reasons of employee satisfaction and turnover of the Shu-Fu catering company,and through the questionnaire form on the current employee relations form a perfect understanding;to give the corresponding the strategies to solve the Shu-Fu catering company employee relationship management;thesis based on human resource management In the paper,the author takes the employee relationship management of Shu-fu company as the breakthrough point,and emphasizes t he combination of theory and process.
