With the rapid development of electronic information,the marketing model has undergone tremendous changes,from the initial C2 C,B2C gradually shifted to O2O.O2O mode refers to the combination of online and offline business,the Internet into a platform for offline transactions.With the maturity of mobile Internet technology,most commercial banks have launched their online businesses and promoted the combination of commercial banks and O2O marketing models.The development of O2O business in commercial banks has greatly facilitated customers,saved customers time for bank operations,improved efficiency and enhanced customer experience.However,there are still some problems to be solved in O2O marketing mode.Compared with other branches,Zheshang Bank’s Lanzhou Branch has the advantage of streamlining its staff and reducing the cost,which makes the O2O business more profitable.However,due to the relatively underdeveloped northwestern city of Lanzhou,the problems of economy backwardness,traffic inconvenience and less distribution of outlets have all obstructed objectively the O2O business.Therefore,this article will elaborate the general situation of O2O marketing of domestic commercial banks and base on the Lanzhou Branch of Zheshang Bank,so as to clarify the basic ideas and directions for O2O marketing of this bank.By analyzing the status quo of O2O marketing of Lanzhou Branch of Zheshang Bank in various aspects,find out the existing problems of the bank in current development and find out a set of effective ways to solve these problems,including the re-marketing of the target Optimization,optimization of marketing channels and improvement of staff quality,etc.The Company optimized the design of products,prices,channels,promotions and the overall marketing capabilities of the Company so that the O2O marketing mode of Lanzhou Branch of Zheshang Bank can be unique and achieved Higher profit.Finally,I put forward the prospect of treating the research problems and hope Lanzhou Branch of Zheshang Bank can combine its own advantages,seize the opportunities and overcome the shortcomings to become a relatively competitive joint-stock commercial bank,and I hope this study can be applied to other similar businesses Bank O2O marketing model provides a positive reference.
