Research On The Problem Of The Aquaculture Technology Dissemination On The Helong Lake In Xiangyin County

Agricultural technology extension is an important method and means of transforming scientific and technological achievements in agriculture into practical productivity.Through agricultural technology extension,agricultural production efficiency and farmers' economic income level can be effectively improved to promote rural social and economic development.As an important component of agricultural production,the development of aquaculture industry can not be ignored,aquaculture technology extension has now become one of the key contents of aquaculture development in China.Due to the unique geographical location and natural environment,Xiangyin County has maintained the first status in aquatic products in Hunan Province for many years,and its total amount of aquatic products also remains the first among counties in Hunan province.Especially the Helong Lake,a total area of ten thousand mu representative,which is high in water quality and rich in aquatic plants and feed,is a natural aquaculture site.With the development of the Helong Lake's aquaculture industry,problems exist in aquaculture technology extension has also appeared at the same time.Through online access to documents and field trips and investigations,this paper found out the current problems in aquaculture technology extension in the Helong Lake,such as insufficient capital investment,backward extension methods,incomplete construction of technology extension team,chaotic management and so on.In order to promote the better development of aquaculture industry in the Helong Lake of Xiangyin County,the author analyzed causes of these problems.Reasons are as follows: the government does not pay attention to the aquaculture technology extension,the informatization level and farmers' cultural level are very low,the introduction of talent is difficult,and this place lacks of professional technology training,and the aquaculture technology extension management system is not perfect and so on.And the paper put forward to series of countermeasures and suggestions as follows: strengthen the input of the aquaculture technology extension,through multi-channel financing,innovative aquaculture technology extension methods;consolidate the construction of information network system;improve the scientific and technological quality of the aquaculture technology extension staff and farmers;intensify the construction of aquaculture technology extension system and so on,with a view to improve the aquaculture production and increase aquaculture benefits in the Helong Lake.
