In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,how to improve the efficiency of investment is the top priority to promote economic growth.The investment efficiency level affects the development of the enterprises.For an enterprise,in a complete market background,enterprise investment decision-making,in order to maximize enterprise value,will choose to invest in projects with high efficiency.In the market,there are many problems,such as information asymmetry and agency conflict,which make the enterprise not consider the investment decision completely,affect the investment efficiency and profit of the enterprise,even lead to the enterprise financial problem.Obviously,the efficiency of investment can not be ignored,improve the efficiency of investment,the need for attention from all aspects.At present,with the promulgation of relevant laws and the rapid development of the internal control of information disclosure of gem enterprises of the gem rules,more and more listed companies to disclose internal control information,but the quality remains to be verified.High quality of internal information disclosure,investors can make investment decisions and reduce decision-making errors caused by asymmetric information fully,and also can reduce agency conflicts between managers and owners,so as to improve the level of investment efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of the quality of internal control information disclosure of GEM listed companies on investment efficiency.Based on the information disclosure and the efficiency of investment related theory and previous research on the internal control,the selection of GEM listed companies in 2013-2015 three annual Sample Firms as the research object,select the corresponding model to measure the efficiency of investment,and the establishment of the internal control information disclosure quality index system,analyze the collected data and the data,the effect of disclosure quality on the investment efficiency of the internal control research,finally put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of information disclosure of internal control of gem,hope for our country to the relevant regulatory departments in the development of the listed company's internal control regulatory policies and the construction of internal control of listed companies construction supervision Environmental Management provides a useful reference.
