The Application Of Comprehensive Scoring Method In Competitive Negotiation

In the modern enterprise management,procurement management is one of the crucial link.It is closely related to the quality and cost of goods purchased and the quality of enterprise services,which will affect the business operation of the enterprise.Therefore,for enterprises,it is very important to adopt appropriate procurement methods and evaluation methods.At present,many enterprises begin to adopt this purchasing method,and its application is increasing year by year.Compared with other ways of purchasing,competitive negotiation has its unique advantages.Competitive negotiation purchase is one of the most important ways for purchase,and it’s the most effective way to embody the competitiveness,fairness and economy of the purchase.It is crucial to use proper method to choose appropriate suppliers.Compared with other bidding methods,the comprehensive scoring method can take all factors into consideration,and it is convenient and easy to choose the best bid from each bid which is difficult to measure by money.In the process of using the comprehensive scoring method,the weights of each factor are defined,on the objective level,which restrained the arbitrariness of jury review,and suppliers may also prepare procurement documents in a targeted manner.To a great extent,it also reflects the principle of fairness.This paper systematically reviews the literature related to procurement management,competitive negotiation and the comprehensive scoring method.And introduces the present relative research of this field in the domestic and foreign countries.Then,the application of comprehensive scoring method in purchasing management is discussed.Above all,to analyze the present situation of procurement management in A bank.After that,we take A bank room infrastructure maintenance project as the object of study to discuss how the comprehensive scoring method is applied in competitive negotiation and procurement.At last,the author also analyze the purchasing process to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the purchasing activities and put forward some suggestions for the purchase management of A bank,which can provide practical guidance for the similar projects.
