A Research On Sustainable Development Of Chinese Contemporary Enterprises

In the current market economy,entrepreneurs are a special productive force,who show scarcest resource in economic development.Along with the further development of Chinese market economy,we can't ignore an important subject that is how to form a consensus on the importance of entrepreneur quality in the whole society and how to give entrepreneurs full play to enterprise sustainable development and economic progress.All of these are quite significant,whether in theory or in practice.In a sense,the specific management behavior of entrepreneurs is a kind of external performance,as well as a sort of internal quality.In order to cultivate excellent entrepreneurs,we must improve the quality of entrepreneurs.Through the study of the quality of entrepreneurs,this paper make recommendations to build a real entrepreneurship training model.In addition,this construction will be conducive to training real excellent entrepreneurs,creating a healthy modern corporate culture and achieving business sustainable development goals.Thus,in the contemporary economic sustainable development,entrepreneurs can play important leading role better and promote the sustainable development of market economy healthy and rapidly.This paper starts with the basic connotation of the entrepreneurs' quality.And then,it analyses the correlation between the personal quality of entrepreneurs and the situations of enterprise sustainable development.Except for that,we combine the domestic and overseas research results with the characteristics of the present stage in our country's economy and society.Through analyzing the specific enterprise case,we conclude the basic qualities that entrepreneurs should seek the disadvantages of the entrepreneurs quality at present.Finally,we put forward suggestions on entrepreneur's quality training,which have a certain significance in theory and practice.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction to the research,which concludes the background,content,purpose and significance.Besides,this paper also introduces the current research situation at home and abroad,as well as the research methods to be used in this paper and elaborated the innovation of this paper.The second part is the connotation of entrepreneur's quality and enterprise sustainable development.This part briefly introduces the connotation of entrepreneur,entrepreneur's quality and the correlation between entrepreneur's quality and enterprise sustainable development.The third part chooses seven domestic example of case,which researches the influence of entrepreneurs' quality in enterprise sustainable development.Moreover,this part explores the transmission channels that refer to how entrepreneurs' quality have an effect on enterprise sustainable development through the various aspects and explain the importance of entrepreneurial quality.Then,it analyzes the shortcomings of unsuccessful entrepreneurs and particularly analyzes the causes of the problems of domestic entrepreneurs' quality.The forth part puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation and promotion of entrepreneurship based on the previous analysis of the causes of the entrepreneurship defects.In this part,from the three angles of government,enterprises and entrepreneurs,we give some practical suggestions on training a high quality entrepreneurs team in our country.The fifth part is the conclusion and the prospect,this part first summarizes the conclusion and the result of the full text,then points out the shortcomings of the research in this paper,in the end of this part,this article proposes the forecast to the further explore and research.
