As market demand varies,Mass customization becomes a dominant choice.ATO,proved to be effective in mass customization,performs well in shortening delivery period and controlling finished goods inventory,making it increasingly popular among manufacturers.However,it is imperative for manufacturers to figure out,while provide satisfactory customization,how to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.Targeted at axle manufacturers,the dissertation aims at planning and scheduling problems of axle assembly workshop and axle housing machine workshop.Proposals contained in the dissertation are shortening delivery lead time,reducing inventory cost and improving effective throughput.As for axle assembly workshop,the dissertation addresses problems such as production capacity loss and low rate of on time delivery caused by setup.In order to solve such problems,an custom order-oriented assembly scheduling model for axle assembly workshop has been established.Taking key elements including order release time and delivery time into consideration,the proposed model is based on the mixed-model assembly line sequencing model.Optimization objective of the model is to minimize total delay time as well as maximum completion time,which is to be realized through accurate solution worked out by a constraint programming engine.As for axle housing machine workshop,an production order-oriented scheduling model for axle housing machine workshop has been established.Optimization objective of the model is to minimize punishment on fuzzy delivery time as well as maximum completion time.Based on analysis on scenarios of parallel line,parallel machine and work transformation in the axle housing machine workshop,the model is born out of a hybrid flow-shop scheduling model.In regards to solution process of the model,local search performance of SPEA2 has been improved.Convergence and diversity of solution of the improved algorithm has later been evaluated,proving to be reliable and effective.In the end,the dissertation offers an ATO-oriented collaborative planning frame,which is based on current situation of manufacturer' s planning.Such frame is later applied to advance planning system,showing satisfactory performance.
