A Study On Evaluation Of Small Towns Construction Of State-owned Forest Region In Heilongjiang Province

Our country's urbanization construction process has been more faster and more comprehensive since the Eighteenth National congress of the Communist Party of China definitely put forward the concept of "new urbanization",The plan of the new national urbanization was published on March 16,2014,which contains strategic priorities,construction target and a complete set of system arrangement of the new urbanization.Under the background of the new urbanization,small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province naturally became a part of the state new urbanization construction,reviewing the small towns construction achievements of the past five years from 2008 to 2012 in HLJ state-owned forest region,to know the basic situation of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province,according to forty forestry bureau data on the situation of small towns construction state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province from 2008 to 2012,applying mathematical method of multivariate statistical analysis,to make the reasonable comprehensive evaluation of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province.The research content of this paper can offer theoretical support for the implementation of the reform of state-owned forest region,and can be used as reference when small towns builders of state-owned forest region put forward decision-making.First of all,this thesis applyed the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province,and sorted all the influencing factors according to their influencing degree by size,finally determined the influencing factors of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province.Secondly,this paper utilized principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation theory to set up a comprehensive evaluation function model based on principal component analysis with the influencing factors of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province.Based on the comprehensive evaluation function model,evaluated the situation of small towns construction of state-owned forest region in Heilongjiang province by year.Finally,used the systemic cluster analysis method,proceed clustering analysis on small towns construction effect of HLJ state-owned forest region in 2012,whose clustering characteristics are the influencing factors of small towns construction of HLJ state-owned forest region.It is concluded that the optimal clustering result was selected with cluster analysis tree and F measurement method.
