Research On The Perceptual Quality Evaluation For Vehicles Of BQ Company

In addition to the good or bad quality of products,the level of perceptual quality of products also exists.The concept of perceptual quality in Europe,America and Japan and South Korea has been developed over 20 years,but in China,it is not noticed and accepted by domestic companies until 2010.The domestic companies hope that the new concept can help to meet the rising customer demand and adapt to the Chinese market increasingly fierce competition;During automotive product development and production process,the auto manufacturers' pursuit for high-margin and low-cost usually conflict with the demand of consumer;especially with the development of the domestic economy,the competition between domestic and foreign auto manufacturers increases,the demand and attitudes of consumer always change,this contradiction is becoming increasingly prominent;so it is becoming more necessary for the domestic auto manufacturers to enhance the competitiveness of their companies with a good perceptual quality evaluation system.In this paper,based on the theory of perceptual quality of product,the auto products of BAIC were evaluated.Through the study on the effect of perceptual quality assessment for domestic and foreign products,it is pointed out that the application of perceptual quality evaluation for product is very necessary.and through the literature research,experts' survey,cases study and some other methods,the perceptual quality evaluation methods for new product developing of BAIC are established,which can truly enable engineers to transform the blurred abstract perceptual characteristics of customers to product design variables effectively in the product development process.As a result,even the most discerning consumers can also be satisfied.The perceptual quality evaluation methods for new product developing will be verified in BAIC's case project in this paper.In this paper,the research results will be directly used for BAIC's new product development process,to enhance the competitiveness of company's product,to improve the satisfaction of customers,which will make BAIC professional in perceptual quality evaluation and provide guidance and reference about perceptual quality for the other companies in auto industry.
