In the paper,SPS is used to simulate Tanzania gas pipeline about the entire commissioning process,established a set of simple commissioning simulation method,through which nitrogen and natural gas head arrival time to each stations and valve chests,the time that boosting to different stages of pressure taken and the pressure variation have been obtained.Providing evidence for on-site staff to detect gas head,accurately control the displacement speed and reduce gas mixing section.Also it can guide the schedule and emergency adjustment of the entire commissioning process to improve commissioning efficiency.Considering of the along data and design requirements of this pipeline,according to the simulation results,the paper determine the nitrogen injection point,nitrogen injection segment mode,nitrogen-sealed amount and pressure,in addition,determine a reasonable boosting rate and step(when the system reach to the level of each pressure,stop boosting and check,step by step to form a step)according to the design requirements.In order to improve commissioning economy,then study the minimum flow rate and the safety flow rate,predict the length of the gas mixture using the gas mixing length calculation software developed by Commissioning And Operation Company Of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau.Finally,based on the field data of commissioning,the paper analyze and verify the simulation results and commissioning plan,summarize the experience of the pipeline.Also it summed up the key parameters confirmation methods and principles of common gas pipeline,which is valuable for the future gas pipeline commissioning plan to prepare.
