Nowadays,the development of human beings relays on the energy,which has caused the deterioration of environment that fossil energy becomes scarce and environment pollution problem increasingly prominent.How to deal with energy shortage and reducing environmental pollution have become worldwide problems,in today's session.To response above problems,the power system chooses to seek breakthroughs on the power side and user side.On the power side,encourage using clean energy generation such as wind and photovoltaic to reduce dependence on traditional energy and the pollution of environment;Carry out electricity market reform on the user side,promote the rational distribution and application of energy.Distributed generators connect with grid through the micro grid,that can effectively avoid the effect of intermittency and fluctuation of new energy generation.China is vigorously promoting the marketization reform of electric power,and electric power reform will take the micro grid as a starting point and a small-scale pilot,which is easier to carry out than the large-scale test reform.This paper is designed based on the micro grid electricity market,that need to consider the characteristics of micro power grid,combined with proper power market model features,construct suitable framework for micro power grid electricity trading market,and design reasonable trading model based on bidding link.Considering characteristics of distributed power generation in micro power grid,study the grid system internal power generation scheduling model,such as the concrete research content is as follows:(1)Set up mathematical models of the distributed in the micro grid power,and study of the theoretical knowledge of the electricity market,which include market economics,the electricity market operation mode,and the market type.(2)Based on the characteristics of micro grid,a framework based on micro grid power market is established.Distributed generations are widely distributed throughout the micro grid,number is high,and they have different parameters.The above points lead to that the micro grid power market is difficult to directly control.Therefore,a micro grid area can be divided into several blocks,each block district by the respective user agents involved in electric power market transaction.And the micro grid market trading center only need to responsible for the various trades with user agents.Each transaction mode is described in detail and the handling of the deviation is considered.(3)Studied the bidding transaction of the micro grid market trading center.Studied the traditional bidding methods such as queuing method and dynamic programming method.And proposes an improved dynamic queue planning method for micro grid electric market.That is divided into two stages to solve the bidding problem.In the first stage,determined the marginal price of electricity and the unit combination unless the network constraint.In the second stage,the network constraint conditions are considered to be solved.This method can inherit the intuitionistic and fast characteristics of queuing method in dealing with bidding problems,and solve the problems of time-related constraints and network security constraints.(4)To study the micro grid scheduling problem,economy and environmental protection are as the optimization goal.And it is divided into two kinds of circumstances,networking mode and isolation mode,to set up system scheduling model respectively.Through improved scheduling policy to achieve the improvement of the system optimization.
