Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Multiple Enterprises Cooperating Management For A Communication Project In The Hb Oil Field

With the wave of the global integration increasing,the market environment of enterprises has had a huge change.The traditional self-production model is no longer suitable to guide enterprises to survive in the new market environment.Multi enterprise collaboration has gradually become a new model for enterprises to create positive value.But in a multi enterprise collaborative process,its own independence leading to poor communication,information stagnation and uniform processes between enterprises makes it difficult to achieve a good goal.In order to deal with the problems in the process of enterprises’ cooperation,this paper researched historical literature through literature methods,combed origin,concept,characteristics,types and application trend of multi enterprise collaborative thought,and researched on multi enterprise collaborative management of typical enterprises of the same type by case study method.On the basis of the basic theory framework,a communication project of HB oil field drew lessons from problems of multi enterprise of the same type collaborative management,countermeasure and the effect,and sorted out the a multi enterprise collaborative knowledge management support frame at review.Using a communication project of HB oil field as the object of study,questionnaire survey method research based on the basis of the theory analysis of the existing multi enterprise collaborative management problems,problems of and ultimately for A communication project of HB oil field put forward suggestions and recommendations for the implementation of the assurance measures.This kind of suggestion can not only help A communication project of HB oil field to carry out multi enterprise collaborative management,but also can be used as a reference for the same type of project team.More efficient,scientific and rational management of multi enterprise collaborative project group of auxiliary enterprises,ultimately achieve the ultimate goal of the project group.
