"High technology,strong competition,good income and high risk" is synonymous with high and new technology,and the high-tech industry will be the "bellwether" of the new round of economic reform".Due to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,the company's management of different risks,affecting the future direction of the company.At the same time,high-tech companies are gradually adopting management equity incentive to improve the company's competitiveness and long-term incentive mechanism to balance the interests of shareholders and agents to improve corporate performance.In this paper,the equity incentive has been implemented and the implementation of the A shares of high-tech listed companies as research samples,based on the principal-agent theory,human capital theory and motivation theory as the theoretical basis,selects 2011-2015 data,eliminating and screening of missing data,using principal component analysis and multiple regression statistical methods such as possible relationship between the comprehensive empirical test high tech listed companies management equity incentive,risk and corporate performance of the three,and reached the following conclusions:(1)the performance is a positive correlation between equity incentives and company management;(2)the management equity incentive and risk taking positive correlation;(3)the risk is positively related with the company performance;(4)the risk is to improve the intermediary variable corporate performance management equity incentive.Based on the research in this paper,the author tries to enrich the theoretical research on the relationship between the three variables,and provides reference and reference for the high-tech enterprises to choose the appropriate long-term incentive mechanism.
