Research On The Impact Of The China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement On The Steel Industry In The Two Countries

Korea and China have been gradually getting close to each other in the political,economic and cultural fields,because they are geographically close.Especially,after the transformation of trade model between two countries in 1992,the trade between two countries have been expanded constantly,and the trade relations have become closer and closer.In the field of steel industry,the two countries are highly competitive and complementary in trade.This thesis contains a thorough research about the influence on Korea-China FTA in steel industry.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background of the subject and current both domestic and foreign research situation,and the second section analyzes the competitiveness of the steel industry in China and Korea,and the third section proceeds a SWOT analysis on the development of steel industry in Korea and China.The fourth and fifth part offer countermeasures that enhance the competitiveness of Chinese steel industry and some pieces of advice that Korean steel industry advance to China market by making use of FTA.The sixth part makes conclusion and tries to find the way for mutual prosperity.
