An Study Of Anhui 's County Economic Development Evaluation

County economy plays an important role in China's economic system and also plays a considerable role in the development of national economy.However,in recent years,the proportion of county economy in the total economic volume of Anhui province has been declining continuously,and there are many problems such as insufficient innovation and structural imbalance in the development of Anhui province.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate and study the development of county economy in Anhui province from the perspective of five development concepts.First of all,relevant theories and documents about county economy development assessment are thoroughly studied and the index system of county economy development assessment of Anhui province including 5 criterion layer and 43 specific indexes are established based on theoretical analysis of five development concepts.Secondly,the comprehensive weight of county economy assessment indexes in Anhui province from 2014 to 2016 is calculated using composite evaluation,the results of which show that Innovation and environmental protection play an important role in promoting the comprehensive level of county economy.In the end,based on the comprehensive weight and standard data of all indexes,the scores of innovation development,harmonious development,environmental development,open development,sharing development and comprehensive development of counties in Anhui province are acquired by calculation.The spatial distribution results of comprehensive development score of each county show that in the past three years,from the perspective of north and south,the comprehensive development level of county economy in northern Anhui has been significantly improved,while that of central Anhui and southern Anhui has not changed much.From east to west,the comprehensive development level of county economy in eastern Anhui is significantly higher than that in western Anhui.The score of each county development sequence change results show that during the past three years,the overall development of the northern Anhui county score ranking has risen,innovation development and open development level is higher,but the harmonious development,environmental development and sharing development are insufficient;The comprehensive development score of counties in central Anhui changes little,and the levels of innovation development and harmonious development are more prominent.In southern Anhui,the scores of county environment development and sharing development are high,while the scores of innovation development,harmonious development and open development are low.Based on the above analysis,in order to further enhance the level of economic development and quality,Anhui province should stimulate the innovative and creative potential of the counties,promote the harmonious development of the counties,the county economy environmental transformation and promote the countermeasures and suggestions for the well-being of the people's livelihood.
