Characteristic villages is an important measure to build a new type of urbanization strategy.Under the current situation,the construction of new villages and towns in minority areas is one of the main forms of the implementation of this national policy,which has a positive role in promoting the construction of the pluralistic cultural pattern of the Chinese nation and the development of a harmonious society.However,because of some ethnic minority areas,restricted by the conditions of economic development in minority areas of natural resources,cultural resources development is not in place,the ethnic minority education system is not perfect,in the development of the industrial chain is too single and other constraints,the characteristics of minority areas at the present stage of China's township construction and national development and people's expectations are expected a certain gap between the target.This paper studies on the status quo of Ewenki Autonomous Banner Yimin town development Ewenki ethnic characteristics of villages and towns as the basis,although with obvious geographical characteristics,but also to have certain knowledge and understanding of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even the national minority area of town construction and development.In particular,it is of positive significance to improve the operation mechanism of power in ethnic minority areas,to promote the introduction of ethnic theory policies,laws and regulations,and to promote the local economic development.
