Abstract/Summary:
A variety of financial products and services is extremely competitive in the insurance industry,and their business development becomes increasingly dependent upon information technology.With the appearance of Internet plus,big data,cloud computing and other new technology concepts,electronic payment,electronic insurance policies and other new products are more and more popular.For this reason,the enterprise’s IT investment is increased year by year.At this time,the urgent problem is how to improve the IT service quality and how to improve the satisfaction degree of IT service support for business.First in this article,we introduce the IT service management background knowledge,and then conduct comprehensive analysis of present situation on the domestic and foreign IT resource.According to business procee,this thesis combines with the present situation of D insurance company’s IT service management,identifies the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.Then it discusses the gap between process theory and process practice in IT service management process of incident management,released management,capability management and give the ways to improve it.Based on the best practice of IT service management theory,we implement relevant improvement plans for D insurance company,make clear definitions of IT management’s process objectives and scope,cost and benefit,rights and responsibilities,operation procedures and performance indicators.Those provide a theory guarantee for enterprise staff standardization,then it can better enhance the IT service quality and improve IT service ability for business requirements.In order to be consistent with company business objectives and direction of development,it must ensure that all types of IT management processes are closely combined with business.We can use this theory to help company move closer from the traditional channel to network channel,by centered on the information technology to take over the core of business worker.At the end it should achieve the new Internet business transformation and accommodate industry development trend.
