| The logistics industry is regarded as the "accelerator" and "lubricant" of economic growth,which plays an important role in optimizing the economic structure and improving the operation efficiency of the economy.With the gradual development of China’s economy to "new normal",regional structure and industrial structure are becoming increasingly prominent.The supply-side structural reform proposed by the party and government in 2015 aims to improve the industrial quality and optimize the industrial structure.As an important part of the tertiary industry,the logistics industry can optimize the regional industrial structure through the spillover effects of the economy,knowledge and technology generated in the region.At the same time,is there any difference in the influence of logistics industry agglomeration on the optimization of industrial structure in different regions? So this paper studies the logistics industrial agglomeration effects on regional industrial structure optimization,according to different areas of possible compares and analyses the different conclusion is helpful to optimize the industrial layout,accelerate the regional structure,the optimization of industrial structure adjustment,promote the coordinated development of regional economy.This article first to the industrial concentration and industrial structure this paper analyzes the theory and literature,and on this basis,respectively,based on industrial concentration of commonness and characteristics of the logistics industrial agglomeration analyzed the logistics industrial agglomeration of regional industrial structure rationalization and empirically the influence mechanism of action.Then according to the division of the three economic regions,with location entropy,industrial structure upgrade and tal index to measure the 2005-2015 in different regions and provinces and cities logistics industrial concentration degree and the level of industrial structure rationalization and empirically,and according to the calculation results to analyze the status quo.At the same time from two aspects of the national region as a whole,points the empirical test of the logistics industrial agglomeration effect on industrial structure rationalization and empirically,and through the relevant intermediary effect test,verify the mechanism analysis of some relevant path.Finally,through the conclusion of the empirical results and conclusions,the relevant policy Suggestions are given.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The distribution of logistics industry in China is very different,and the distribution is not reasonable.In terms of the three economic regions,the logistics industry in the eastern region has a higher concentration degree,and the concentration of logistics industry in the central region is relatively low,and the logistics industry in the western region is the lowest.2.Logistics industry agglomeration can effectively promote the high degree and rationalization of China’s regional industrial structure,but there are significant differences in the influence of industrial structure optimization in different regions.In terms of the high degree of industrial structure impact,the concentration of logistics industry in the central and western regions promotes the high degree of industrial structure in the region,but the accumulation in the eastern part suppresses the high degree of industrial structure in the region;In terms of impact on the rationalization of industrial structure,the logistics industrial agglomeration in the central region is advantageous to the rationalization of industrial structure development,the region in the eastern and the western region of no significant impact on the regional industrial structure rationalization.3.From 2005 to 2015,the overall industrial structure of China’s regions is gradually becoming higher and higher,and the national average of industrial structure upgrading index has risen from 2.26 to 2.36.The rationalization of industrial structure has also been improved,and the national average of Theil index has been reduced from 0.25 to 0.18.But the level of regional industrial structure rationalization and empirically still exists bigger difference,the relatively high level of the eastern region industrial structure rationalization and empirically,the Midwest industrial structure rationalization and empirically level needs to be improved.4.Logistics industry cluster in our country in the positive role in promoting regional industrial structure through partial mediation effect of human capital and technology innovation,shows that industrial cluster can promote the level of human capital and technological innovation ability,knowledge and technology spillover effect,promote the deepening of regional industrial structure.5.Human capital,technological innovation,government intervention and fixed asset investment have promoted the development of regional industrial structure and rationalization in China,but there are regional differences.The human capital can promote the high degree of industrial structure in the three regions;Technological innovation promotes the development of industrial structure in the eastern region and promotes the rationalization of industrial structure in the western region.The government intervention is more reasonable in the eastern region,which promotes the development of industrial structure and rationalization in the region.Fixed asset investment can promote the high degree of industrial structure in western China. |
