With the diversification of tourism demand and the continuous escalation of consumption,China's tourism industry has entered a rapid development path.However,due to the lack of standard rules and regulations in the industry,the entry threshold of the residential industry is very low,which objectively leads to the uneven quality of the industry.The residential market has long been in the grey area,and the ability to resist risks is poor.Market competitiveness is weak.Therefore,to understand the needs and preferences of consumers,real,continuous iterative Minshuku,in order to better adapt to the times with the standard to provide personalized service.This paper takes the domestic tourist destination as the research object,from the residential service scene,through combing the domestic and foreign service scenes,local attachment and tourist behavior will and the relationship between the relationship between the relevant literature and research results.Combined with the service links of the residential industry and tourist behavior characteristics,the theoretical level of residential service scene elements,based on S-O-R theory and local attachment theory as the theoretical basis.A theoretical model of the influence of residential service scene on customer behavior intention is established.This study is based on the research scale of domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the characteristics of lodging and the standard of "basic requirements and evaluation of tourist accommodation" to formulate a pre-survey questionnaire.Based on the reliability test results of small samples and the advice of industry experts,the structure and hypothesis of the theoretical model proposed in this paper are modified,and the modified model is obtained.Finally,510 valid questionnaires were collected through the questionnaire on the influence of residential service scene on the local attachment and behavior intention of tourists.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS24.0.Reliability analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and variance analysis.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)the dimensions of residential service scene are interpersonal relationship,hardware environment and characteristic service.The dimension of local attachment is local dependence and local identity.Among them,interpersonal relationship is the most important factor to affect the local attachment of tourists,followed by the hardware environment has a greater impact on local identity.2)each dimension of residential service scene has a significant positive impact on local attachment,among which interpersonal relationship is the most important factor affecting local attachment of tourists,followed by the hardware environment.The characteristic service has great influence on the local dependence;Among them,interpersonal relationship is the most important factor affecting the behavior intention of tourists,followed by characteristic service,and finally the hardware environment.3)each dimension of the residential service scene has a significant positive impact on behavior intention,among which interpersonal relationship is the most important factor affecting the behavior intention of tourists,followed by characteristic service and finally the hardware environment.(4)tourists have significant positive effects on behavior intention after local attachment,among which local dependence has the greatest influence;5)Local attachment plays an intermediary role in the influence of each dimension and behavior intention of the residential service scene.Based on the conclusion of data research and the enlightening content of the standard case,combined with the five evaluation principles in the "standard" of tourist lodging,this paper includes "location design","humanistic concern","social atmosphere" and "hardware facilities"."characteristic service","marketing mode" and "brand construction" seven directions to the current business development into a bottleneck of residential operators and the operators about to enter the housing industry put forward relevant practical suggestions.It provides the development direction for the improvement of the service quality,and then promotes the cluster development of the regional residential industry.
