A consulting company is mainly engaged in the formulation of market strategy,industry strategy advisory body,with the company's business growth and expansion of the scale,the company's existing accountability system has seriously hampered the company's development,resulting in many problems.In the course of the company's development,constructing and improving a responsible accounting system that is suitable for the development mode of a company is a necessary means for enterprise management.Responsible accounting system should be with the size of the company and the market environment changes,in order to achieve the company's overall profit maximization as the goal,the combination of accounting and behavior science,and constantly adjust the management mode in order to achieve the company's best operating status for the purpose.This paper first introduces the traditional responsibility accounting system of A consulting company,describes the problems that existed in the original responsibility accounting system of A consulting company,and from the actual status of A consulting company,puts forward the classification of these problems based on the modern theory of responsibility accounting Responsible units,the establishment of departments,projects,individuals responsible for the responsibility of the new accounting center system,and strengthen performance appraisal,to ensure the smooth realization of the company's overall goal.Through the study of this paper,it is found that responsible accounting can closely relate performance to individual behavior,collective behavior and company behavior,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of growing companies.
