Research On The Use Of Relationship Capital To Enhance Bargaining Power In Asymmetric Cooperation

In many enterprises are facing a problem in the process of operation,is must face,even depends on the scale compared with than its many of its big enterprises,some almost area industry monopoly or technological monopoly enterprise cooperation,the asymmetry of the dependency relations caused by the asymmetric cooperation,due to the inequality of power and position,strong party tends to this kind of unequal power won weak compromise,gain greater bargaining power.How to improve the bargaining power of such asymmetric cooperation is very important to the weak enterprises.Practice,we found that the weak companies while in a relationship with the strong enterprises don’t have much say.but often with the promotion of mutual trust between enterprises,enterprise relationship capital increase,the strength enterprise often to the weak dependence will also increase.which can effectively improve the asymmetric relationship of weak bargaining power of the enterprise.Scholars research cooperation relationship capital in the league,more is to focus on the relationship capital itself,and less about the relationship between capital on different cooperation alliance of change did not consider the asymmetry of relations of cooperation.Therefore,this study will be based on the relationship capital,the factors of relationship capital in asymmetric cooperative relationship and the influence of bargaining power of weak enterprises in asymmetric cooperative relationship.This study asymmetric cooperation as the research object,from the Angle of the relationship between the capital for the Angle of view,the relationship between capital affect how asymmetric cooperation of both sides of the relative bargaining power,small and medium-sized enterprises how to through the relationship between capital to improve its asymmetry between big business and cooperation,enhance their relative bargaining power in cooperation..In this study,firstly,through reading relevant literatures at home and abroad,and referring to the relevant researches of scholars,this study constructed the influence model of relationship capital on bargaining power,and designed relevant empirical questionnaire.Based on 100 valid questionnaire data analysis,mainly from the following conclusions:(1)in the asymmetric cooperation cooperative enterprise assets specificity investment capital positively correlated relationship with this company.(2)the conflict between the two parties in asymmetric cooperation is negatively correlated with the relationship capital of the enterprise.(3)the relationship capital intensity of enterprises in asymmetric cooperation is positively correlated with the bargaining power of the enterprise.This study can enrich the research results and scope of the field in the perspective of theoretical application.Practical application point of view,for the guidance of small and medium-sized enterprises under the asymmetrical relationship using the capital to stable cooperation relations,enhance bargaining power,so as to promote small and medium-sized enterprise survival and development also has theoretical and practical significance.
