Study On The Bottleneck And Countermeasures Of Housing Industry Development Based On Supply Chain Theory

Since China proposed the development of housing industrialization in the 1990 s,the speed of industrialization has been slow.With the rapid development of society,resource waste,environmental pollution and other phenomena emerge one after another,the development strategy of "ecological civilization construction" was put forward at the 18 th national congress of the CPC.As one of the industries with large resource consumption,the traditional construction method has obviously failed to meet the development requirements of our society,and the development of new construction methods has been the trend.Compared with traditional residential buildings,industrialized residences have absolute advantages in terms of construction quality,construction period,post-maintenance,energy saving and environmental protection,so we must speed up the process of the development of housing industrialization in China.Firstly,based on a large number of domestic and foreign materials,this paper summarizes the research on housing industrialization and supply chain;Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign housing industrialization development process,we get the inspiration for the development of China’s housing industrialization;Using system dynamics to establish cause and effect feedback figure concluded that obstruct the influence factors of housing industrialization development in our country,thus the industrialization development bottleneck problem of the external environment and internal supply chain bottleneck in the development bottleneck of each link of two parts;Then,based on the theory of supply chain,the supply chain system of housing industrialization was constructed from the theoretical and practical aspects,and the significance of the construction of the system was analyzed;Finally,according to the construction of the residential industrial supply chain system,the corresponding development strategies are obtained.This paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the bottleneck problemof the development of domestic housing industrialization,and determines the feasibility of applying supply chain theory to development of residential industrialization.This study is helpful to optimize the economic and environmental problems in the development of residential industrialization and promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy.
