Light assets enterprise represented by computer system software technology and computer system software service industry have the feature in the rapid technological update rate,the high value-added products,the wide application areas,the strong penetration,the low resource consumption,the full use of human resources,which is the basic and strategic leading industry related to the national economic and social development.In 2017,China's software and information technology services industry has been running smoothly,revenue of which has maintained double-digit growth,profitability of which is good.With the internal structure of the industry adjusted and optimized,the software industry in central city has the leading growth trend.As the background of the research object of this paper,it provides a good market foundation for this paper to find the specific research object,the appropriate research methods and research ideas.This paper chooses the Computer Software Technology Service Enterprise as the breakthrough point to discuss the light asset enterprise value appraisal method,the characteristic and so on.The paper mainly takes advantage of the literature research method and the case study method to carry on the thorough research to the light asset class enterprise.The main research of the paper is to find a lot of papers and scholars ' research results.With the aim of clarifying the latest progress and research direction of the research,do reading and analysing these papers,sorting out the theories and methods of the management,asset characteristics,industry development and enterprise value evaluation of the light asset enterprises systematically.Based on the criteria of the enterprise value evaluation,evaluation procedures,the case study evaluate the value of the light asset class enterprise whose main business are in value-added tax anti-counterfeiting tax control system,value-added tax control system related services,software system integration and other technical services.The assessment process includes the collection and collation of assessment data,the selection and calculation of evaluation methods,and the analysis of the results,and the preparation of a complete evaluation report according to the requirements of the enterprise Value Assessment report.In addition,the application evaluation method,parameter determination and accuracy of the results are analyzed.This paper argues that the management of light assets enterprises is more flexible and more challenging than traditional enterprises.The characteristics of assets are mainly in the small scale of physical assets,high quality,more emphasis on service income and capital income,dynamic value and so on.The development prospect of light asset industry is bright.on the one hand,which embody in more and more entrepreneurs entering the light asset industry and creating great value,on the other hand,the traditional heavy-asset enterprises have been transformed into light asset enterprises little by little.After detailed analysis of the characteristics of the industry and development prospects,the paper chooses the case of the appropriate light assets enterprise,and uses the cost method and the income method to carry on the value appraisal,with unifying the characteristics of the industry,and draws a conclusion that the income method is more suitable to the light asset enterprise value appraisal.The paper has made the concrete analysis to the correlation parameter choice in the appraisal process.The results obtained from the evaluation were proved to be accurate.The future development direction of the light asset class is more intensive,systematic and innovative.The current light asset enterprise is in the growth period,whose change is fast,bring the huge challenge to the enterprise value appraisal,so this kind of enterprise's valuation also has the big exploration space.The significance of this paper includes two parts.First,the paper hope to provide the reference price for the evaluation of the light asset industry.Second,through this paper,to appeal to more scholars to explore more diversified methods for light asset enterprises valuation,which can bring more evaluation results,at the same time,to improve the accuracy of such enterprise valuation.
