In knowledge economy era,market competition becomes very fiercely.Over the past decades,the relationship between employees and organizations has become increasingly complex,resulting in great changes in the content and structure of work and family roles.Under the pressure of survival and development,the organization pays more attention to its own competitiveness.It is bound to require employees to devote more time and energy to work,which makes the employees face higher work intensity and greater occupational stress.In order to maintain survival and development and not be eliminated,organizations must strive to improve perceived organizational support and work well-being of employees,so as to maintain a good work family relationship and enhance their core competitiveness.In the thesis,research on work family facilitation maybe broaden the scope of the relationship between work and family.Constructing a relationship model among perceived organizational support,work family facilitation and work well-being,broadens the influencing factors research scope of work well-being.The research results will have a positive explore in the development of relevant theoretical research and provide feasible management strategies to improve the management level of employees.The thesis begins with the literature research on perceived organizational support,work family facilitation and work well-being from concept,structure and measurement methods.And then summarizes the definition and structural dimension division of each variable.Secondly,on the basis of the review of literature research,put forward research hypotheses.And construct the research model.Adopting questionnaire survey and statistical analysis obtains conclusions as follows: Perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on work family facilitation;Work family facilitation has a significant positive impact on work well-being;Perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on work well-being;Work family facilitation plays a partial mediating role between perceived organizational support and work well-being.In the end,according to the analysis results,author puts forward to management strategies as follows: Pay attention to employee value and help employee plan their career development;Optimize work support and stimulate employees' enthusiasm for work;Care for the interests of the employees and improve the job satisfaction of the employees;Improve organization system and promote employees work family facilitation.And then summarize the shortcomings of this research and prospect for future research.The innovation of this research includes: first,the topic expands the scope of relevant research.This research puts perceived organizational support and work well-being together,and introduces into the work family facilitation variable,which adds new research content,and the topic has some novelty.Second,the research breakthrough point is unique.There were many research achievements on work family conflict,but the research on the work family facilitation was relatively late.This research takes work family facilitation as a breakthrough point,and the selection of variable is more unique.Putting work family facilitation together with perceived organizational support and work well-being is of high research value.
