Research On Innovation Of Marine Fisheries Management In Zhoushan

With the rapid development of fishery economy,China's marine fishery resources continue to decline.In order to protect fishery resources,China has adopted a series of management measures,such as fishing license system,fishing system and so on.However,because of various reasons,the decline trend of fishery resources has not changed.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of marine fisheries management through management innovation,and thus maintain the sustainable development of marine fisheries.In this paper,the main ideas and basic ideas,from the innovation of marine fisheries management,the analysis of Marine Fisheries policies and regulations,fisheries management and fisheries cooperation organizations,to find out the existing problems in the management of marine fisheries,and to lay the foundation for the innovation of marine fisheries management in China through the analysis of the causes,and thus put forward a new marine fishery.The industry management system should speed up the modernization of fishery,protect marine fishery resources,and coordinate the harmonious development of fishery economy and marine fishery resources.The main contents of the article include seven parts: the first part is the significance of marine fisheries management innovation and the review of marine fisheries management at home and abroad;the second part is the definition of marine fisheries management innovation and related theoretical research;the third part is the legal and policy level,fisheries management level and fishery in Zhoushan marine fisheries management.Research on the status quo of the cooperative organization level.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes that need to be solved in Zhoushan's marine fisheries management.The fifth part is based on the new measures and experience of foreign marine fisheries management,and explores the relevant management methods for reference;the sixth part is the innovation of marine fisheries management in Zhoushan,including innovation objectives,principles and specific innovative ideas.The seventh part is the conclusion and suggestion of the article.The innovation of marine fisheries management in Zhoushan is a theoretical attempt to deepen the reform of the fishery system.It is of great significance for improving the management level of marine fisheries,improving the decline of marine fishery resources and alleviating the contradiction between the marine fishery environment and the development of fishery economy.
