Research On Accounts Receivable Risk Control Of W Boiler Manufacturing Company

Accounts receivable is the uncollected payment formed by the company's credit sales,and it is an important part of the company's liquid assets.The risk control of accounts receivable is closely related to the long-term development of the company.The competition in the boiler manufacturing industry is fierce.In order to survive,make use of competitive advantages,and expand market share,companies have tried to use credit payment methods such as installment payment and credit sales in their sales.As a result,the amount of receivables remains high,which weakens the liquidity of the company's funds and increases the company's operating risk.This paper takes W boiler manufacturing company(W company)as the research object and adopts case study method.Analysis of a large number of literature reading and on the basis of the first analysis of W company operating conditions,the characteristics of accounts receivable,accounts receivable quality status and process of W company accounts receivable risk control mechanism and related policies are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the risk types of accounts receivable,the company's account receivable risks are identified and evaluated.Thirdly,by analyzing the evaluation results,we explore the reasons for the risks of the accounts receivable of W company.In view of the problems existing in the risk control of accounts receivable of W company,this paper constructs the design of the company's receivables risk control system and the risk control process plan.Finally,this paper guarantees the implementation of the receivables risk control scheme of W company from four aspects: management environment,organizational structure,institutional guarantee and market competitiveness.It is hoped that the receivables risk control of W company can be used as a reference to solve some practical problems.
