Risk-oriented Internal Audit Research Of Commercial Bank's International Business

With the development of the international economy and the increasing prosperity of cross-border trade,the international position of commercial banks has become increasingly prominent in the competition among banks.The international business of China's commercial banks is also growing rapidly,and various risks that accompany them are also accumulating.The audit of international business is imminent.Under such circumstances,banks are urgently needed for a new type of auditing model to identify,assess and respond to their internal audit risks.Due to the ever-increasing scale of international business of commercial banks and the increasingly complex business types and processes,the risks they face are diversified.Therefore,banks require continuous improvement in risk management.However,its existing risk prevention and control measures cannot meet the requirements of business development for risk prevention and control.The implementation of a risk-oriented internal auditing model will help banks to strengthen the risk management of international business and achieve the goal of safe,efficient and steady development.The article first introduced the related theories of international business,internal auditing and risk-oriented auditing,elaborated the importance of implementing risk-based auditing of international business of commercial banks,and built a risk-oriented audit of the international business of commercial banks based on the risk-oriented auditing process.On the basis of this,combined with the newly released risk management framework of COSO in 2017,it proposes the necessary guarantees to realize the above ideas.Afterwards,it studies the risk-oriented internal audit of G commercial banks in the form of cases,and implements risk-oriented internal business of commercial banks.The audit put forward constructive suggestions,hoping to play a positive role in the risk-oriented international auditing practice of commercial banks.The research of this paper mainly has the following two contributions: First,the risk-oriented audit model is applied to the internal audit of the bank's international business,in order to find key risk points,integrate audit resources,and improve audit efficiency.The second is to combine the latest risk management framework of COSO in 2017,and put forward the necessary conditions for risk-based auditing of international business of commercial banks,and provide suggestions for improving the internal audit of international business of commercial banks.
