Research On The Risk Management Of XX City Investment Company Bond Financing

With the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for daily living environment,the scale of urban infrastructure construction is also increasing.With the implementation of the promulgation of the new budget law,local governments have begun to shift the sights of urban investment development to the market.How to co-ordinate the flow of funds and avoid many risks in the process of urban infrastructure construction has aroused people’s general concern.This paper first summarizes the research results of urban investment companies,bond financing,and financing risks.Based on this,it analyzes the current status of China’s urban investment companies.In addition,with the actual case company as the center,the market environment in which XX City Investment Corporation is located is elaborated,and from the aspects of the bond itself,issuers,investment projects,and related companies,it is possible to analyze the possible financing process of XX City Investment Corporation.Based on this risk,it attempts to discuss the incentives for the occurrence of risk in the bond financing process.Secondly,in conjunction with the related construction projects currently undertaken by XX City Investment Corporation,a Credit Metrics risk measurement model was constructed.Through the establishment of this model,the risk level in the financing process of XX City Investment Corporation bonds can be reliably analyzed.Under the premise of forecasting the financing risk of the bond,through the establishment of the bond financing risk monitoring system of the XX City Investment Corporation,a process early warning of the bond financing risk in the general market environment was realized,thereby realizing the risk management of the bond after the City Investment Corporation financing.Finally,the case study object XX City Investment Corporation’s bond financing control process is summarized,and corresponding risk prevention measures are proposed before and after the city investment company bond financing.The city voted bonds financing risk case study,will study the financing risk bond based on the market environment,to provide support for the current situation of city infrastructure construction scale increasing,through the understanding of the city investment company exists in the process of financing problems and risks,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,to protect the city based process theconstruction of facilities in the capital security.
