| With the rapid development of the Internet economy,e-banking came into being.On the one hand,e-banking has brought great convenience to people,which allows people to enjoy fast banking services without leaving their homes.But on the other hand,it is also a double-edged sword.,The risk brought by e-banking is also a major problem that commercial banks need to face.In particular,the risk of external fraud is frequent,which seriously undermines people’s confidence in using e-banking products and makes users feel distrustful of e-banking security.The most direct is that risk fraud will lead to financial losses for customers,which seriously affects the bank’s reputation.If commercial banks want to win in the fierce financial competition environment,they must increase their ability to prevent and control external fraud risks.In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks,we must protect the stability and security of e-banking.Therefore,strengthening the prevention and control of external fraud risks of e-banking will become one of the most urgent tasks for commercial banks.This paper selects J Bank,a commercial bank in China,as the object of analysis and studies,and sorts out the development status of its e-banking.and summarizes The results and problems of external fraud risk are summarized from the external and internal aspects.Then,from a detailed analysis of both external and internal aspects,we discuss how to further deal with external fraud risk,and combines the relevant theories of e-banking and risk management to summarize the various problems that currently arise.Furthermore,by referring to the excellent e-banking risk management cases at home and abroad,a corresponding optimization plan was proposed to further increase the level of J bank e-banking in responding to external fraud risk,thus achieving the objective of improving the overall competitiveness of J bank. |
