Study On The Scale Of The Poor Group And Its Influencing Factors In China

The research of poverty has always been a hot topic,and it is also a problem that China urgently needs to solve now.Using the data of personal income survey of China's health and nutrition survey,this paper takes the method of nuclear density estimation,depicts the population and urban and rural income density curve according to the three standards of the selected extreme poverty line,serious poverty line and mild poverty line,and calculates the proportion of the overall and urban and rural poverty population in China,and finally decomposes the change of the proportion of the poor population in China.To measure three factors of economic growth,income distribution and poverty standard,we measure the impact of various factors on the scale of the poor.The study found that the standard of China's poverty line is still low,and its speed is much lower than that of China's economic growth,and there is a certain degree of lag.In recent years,the proportion of poor groups in China is declining in terms of overall or urban and rural areas,but the scale of the urban poor is much smaller than that in the rural areas;the factors of economic growth and income distribution in our country are the same.On the contrary,economic growth is the main factor to promote the decline of the overall scale of poverty in China.With the lower standard of poverty and the greater degree of poverty,the greater the impact of the economic growth factors on the reduction of the overall scale of poverty,and the income distribution factor hinders the decline in the proportion of the overall scale of poverty in China,and the income distribution effect and I The overall effect of the overall scale change of the country's poverty has a consistent trend.When China's income gap is shrinking,it will have a significant effect on the reduction of the overall scale of poverty in China.At the same time,the role of economic growth is greater than the hindrance of the income distribution to the overall scale reduction of poverty in our country;the factors of economic growth and income distribution in China are reduced to urban and rural areas under the different poverty standard lines.The direction and extent of the scale of poverty reduction is different.Under the extreme poverty line,the economic growth factor is not conducive to the cities and towns in our country,but it is beneficial to the reduction of the scale of the rural extreme poverty groups,while the income distribution factor is not conducive to the rural areas but is beneficial to the reduction in the scale of the scale of the urban extreme poverty groups.In the serious poverty line and the mild poverty line,the economic growth factor is to the urban and rural areas.The reduction of the scale of the poor group under this line has played a promoting role,and the effect of the town is more significant.The income distribution factor is not conducive to the reduction of its scale.At the same time,with the deepening of poverty,the more obvious the effect of the two factors on the decline of the population.
