Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of YY Pharmaceutical Company

The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of China's national economy.It is a combination of traditional industries and modern industries,including the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry.Since the reform and opening up,china's pharmaceutical industry has achieved unprecedented development,and the total output value of pharmaceutical manufacturing has maintained high growth.Especially the period of 12 th five-plan,due to the economy development and the reform of medical system,constantly demand release,the income of manufacturing industrial enterprises in china was increased year by year,more than doubled during 11 th five-year plan.China has become the world's largest emerging medicine market.However,insufficient capital investment,small scale of research and lower innovation efficiency are still the main problem of the pharmaceutical enterprises in China.There is a big gap in technology research and enterprise scale with the world's leading enterprises.Therefore,by analyzing the current situation of technological innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises in China,it is of great reference value to improve the technological innovation ability.This paper mainly focuses on YY pharmaceutical company as the research object,analyzes its development status,and studies the technological innovation development strategy of YY enterprise.Through the study of relevant literature reading and field investigation,this paper discusses from the development status of YY pharmaceutical company,first of all from the company's internal and external competitive environment analysis,relates to the social environment,market environment,policies and regulations,technical environment,resources,technology innovation strategy,questionnaire etc.10 aspects comprehensively and systematically analysis.According to the analysis results,it is found that YY pharmaceutical company is lack of technological innovation ability,innovative way is single,innovation efficiency is relatively low,and it has a large gap with world-class pharmaceutical companies.At the same time,it also shows that the company has great development in technological innovation.This paper puts forward the establishment of a flat organization system,improving communication efficiency between departments,improving investment in innovative resources,attaching importance to the position of R & D department and the encouragement of innovative talents,and creating a good and relaxed atmosphere for innovation and corporate culture.Finally,we set up a technological innovation system based on Optimization and reconstruction.Based on the theme of enhancing the core competitiveness of the company and relying on the construction of endogenous capabilities,a new train of thought suitable for YY pharmaceutical company's technological innovation is developed.
