Research On Audit Analysis Method Of Investment Benefit Of State-owned Venture Capital Enterprise

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and promote the improvement of the state-owned capital.In April 2017,the "Opinions on Deepening Audit and Supervision of State-owned Enterprises and State-owned Capital" issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council made overall plans and arrangements for the improvement of the auditing system of state-owned enterprises and state-owned capitals with clear opinions.In order to deepen the auditing and supervision of state-owned enterprises and state-owned capitals,we must do our best to censor the state-owned enterprises,state-owned capital,overseas investment and the leadership of state-owned enterprises in fulfilling their economic responsibilities.We should improve the institutional mechanisms for auditing and supervising state-owned enterprises and state-owned capitals so that state-owned enterprises and state-owned capitals can go wherever they go,without leaving dead ends.This further emphasizes that in the context of state-owned enterprises' deepening reforms,auditing should give full play to its auditing and supervision functions,promote deepening reforms and serve for state governance.At present,there are still many problems in China's auditing of state-owned venture capital investment.The focus of state-owned enterprise investment efficiency audit still tends to be post-event auditing.The investment efficiency audit index system needs to be perfected.The auditing department has weak supervision over the institutional settings and personnel.The configuration can not meet the needs of national economic development and strengthen audit supervision.In order to enrich the evaluation and analysis methods of China's state-owned enterprises' investment efficiency audit,this paper combines the specific cases of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group Co.,Ltd.,starting from the basis of its investment operation practice,and conducting a series of data analysis to verify the third chapter.Some of the supplementary suggestions put forward in the analysis of the state-owned venture capital enterprises' investment efficiency audit methodsThis article mainly focuses on the audit analysis method of state-owned venture capital enterprises for investment efficiency.First of all,it studies the state-owned enterprises' investment status in China,and finds that China currently has a vast investment market prospects,and that state-owned enterprises have many opportunities under the support of state policies.As China's investment market trends have been changing,investors have become more rational and pragmatic.There are many challenges in the venture capital market,so the investment activities of state-owned enterprises need to get more attention from regulatory agencies.Secondly,this paper also studies the differences between China's fixed assets investment and venture capital investment audit evaluation methods.According to these studies,we construct a set of pre-audit analysis methods for project evaluation of venture capital firms.These methods mainly include,based on the practice of investment and operation of venture capital companies,to analyze and evaluate data from its macro background,micro background,overall industry conditions,investment scale,investment deadline,and whether it is a phased investment,in combination with big data technology.Analyze statistical data,improve audit efficiency,and apply audit supervision throughout the entire project investment process of venture capital firms.Finally,combined with the specific case of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group Co.,Ltd.,this framework was analyzed and evaluated to verify the significance and value of these indicators.
