Research On The Crux Of Data Opening

With the continuous improvement of Internet information technology,the production,collection,and storage of data has been increasing with the participation of government,enterprises and individuals.In this context,the concept of data open came into being.Data openness means that any organization or individual can access data unconditionally and use and share it.Data liberalization has enhanced the exchange of information among various social sectors,reduced the difficulty of dissemination and reuse of useful experience,and promoted the economic development and social progress.The current situation of the implementation of data liberalization in China is still relatively slow compared with the developed countries such as Britain and the United States.The main reason is that data is hindered by various problems from opening up in its opening process.Only by resolving these problems can the data be further opened up.Data openness is an ecosystem.Its significance lies not only in the openness of information,but also in the smooth flow of data in all aspects of production,collection,analysis and application,along with incessant production.Any one problem existing in any,will hinder the dissemination and analysis of data dissemination.Therefore,we need to classify the data open cruxes and analyze them from a system perspective.After consulting and analyzing the open literature of the data,we found that many researches involve the data openness.However,these discussions are fragmented and need to be summarized and integrated.In order to study the problems and challenges of massive of data open literature more systematically,this paper proposes a frame of crux extraction in the field of data openness.The framework applies natural language processing related technologies such as word list construction,word2vec model and point mutual information calculation.Finally,based on the validity of this framework,we use this framework to extract the problematic points of the data open literature.This study is about the application of technology in the field of management.The problem extraction process framework proposed in the research process and the problem extraction algorithm that combines word2vec with PMI can be applied to the research of other fields.The results of problem sentence extraction can be applied to the theoretical study of data openness so as to achieve the goal of perfecting data openness system and improving management practice.
