In the mobile Internet era,smart phones have changed social relations and lifestyle.Under the strong demand,mobile companys are developing rapidly.Lenovo is one of the most important company in the mobile phone industry.In China market,Lenovo mobile phone business has entered the stage of adjustment since 2014.It's a very useful topic to research Lenovo China marketting strategy.In this paper,based on this topic,the author firstly study the concept of the value chain,including the internal value chain,vertical value chain and horizontal value chain,and then do the value chain analysis on lenovo mobile business.Secondly,the author analyze the competitive environment of lenovo mobile phone business through the Potter's five forces model and PEST model.Thirdly,Based on the above value chain analysis,this paper gives some suggestions on the market strategy in Chinese market,including of product portfolio strategy,pricing strategy,promotion strategy and marketing channel combination strategy.The conclusion of this paper is helpful for Lenovo to win back China mobile market.Other mobile phone and intelligent device players could reference the analysis and method,and it is the important value of this papar.This paper focuses on marketing side.From the point of view of the overall value chain,there is a great improvement in the organizational structure,human resources,research and development management and so on.The following actions include how to make the operation of value more efficiently with overall value chain.
