Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid economic development, the basic establishment of a unified market system, but because of institutional barriers to break through many of the market, the labor market is still in a state of division, resulting in a "two generation emerge in an endless stream"phenomenon, resulting in China's income gap continues to expand. The research pointed out that the occupation mobility of urban residents in China is not strong, there is obvious "dynastic" phenomenon. As a carrier of income, the imperfection of the labor market and the segmentation of the market will lead to the difference of income stratification between different professional classes. Therefore, occupational intergenerational transmission,as a link between the two generation income of father and son, provides a new way to analyze the phenomenon of widening social income gap in China. The researchers measured the income gap between the index of intergenerational transmission of basic intergenerational income elasticity, the greater the intergenerational income elasticity, income generation show the dependence on parent income increasing, intergenerational social mobility is weak, which means that the higher the degree of social injustice.Based on this, the town with data during CHIP 1995,2002,2007 and 2013,according to the measure, intergenerational mobility comparison and trend of logic, income gap of urban residents Chinese intergenerational transfer phenomenon is studied, and mainly focus on the following three key problems:(1)The status of intergenerational occupation mobility. The intergenerational occupational transfer matrix was used to calculate the absolute mobility and relative mobility of intergenerational occupations, and the intergenerational mobility differences between 60,70,80 and 90s were compared.(2)From the perspective of human capital difference, this paper analyzes the intergenerational mobility differences of different educational level groups.(3)The influence of occupational transmission on the generation gap of income gap,and the analysis of the intergenerational income elasticity of 60,70,80 and 90 generations to get the trend of intergenerational income elasticity in China. The Solon equation is used to estimate intergenerational resilience, and after controlling the career variables of the sub generation,it is possible to compare the effect of occupation on the intergenerational income elasticity. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In general, the intergenerational mobility of urban residents in China is declining, and the social fairness is not high.(2)Comparing the intergenerational occupational mobility of different educational level groups,we find that there are significant differences in intergenerational occupational mobility between highly educated group and low educated group, and highly educated group is relatively high.(3)After adding the occupational control variables to the intergenerational income elasticity calculation equation, the intergenerational income elasticity decreases, and according to the different occupation flow direction,we calculate the highest generation income elasticity of the occupational inheritance group. This shows that the job transfer will have an impact on the intergenerational income mobility of urban residents in China.(4)The intergenerational occupational mobility of Chinese urban residents shows a downward trend and then a rising trend. The intergenerational income elasticity generally shows a downward trend. This indicates that the intergenerational transmission of income gap has been improved. The basic conclusion of this research and based on the results of the following for the income gap in China continues to expand the phenomenon of policy recommendations:(1)Education is an important means to make occupation flow, should reduce the family human capital for the influence of education, the establishment of a fair education mode, effective and reasonable allocation of educational resources.(2)To build a more fair social selection mechanism to ensure equal opportunities for employment on the basis of guaranteeing the equity of education.
