As small and mid-sized enterprise technology achievements transformation,realize the important carrier of technology innovation,in optimizing industrial structure,increase social employment,promoting economic development play an important role.But due to the particularity of enterprise growth process,belongs to the high investment,high mortality and high growth of the "three highs" enterprises,how to help enterprises to get rid of the "short life","survival rate is low,promote its steady development,has become the focus of academic circles and entrepreneurs.The executive team,as a business decision maker and practitioner,has an important impact on the performance of the enterprise.The high quality enterprise management team can have a keen insight into the opportunities and threats in the external environment,and then,through the optimization and reconstruction of the organizational resources and capabilities,grasp the opportunity of development in the market and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market.Therefore,based on upper echelon theory and its correction theory,dynamic capability theory and resource-based theory as the foundation,considering the cognitive response to the environment changes,the enterprise internal and external resources by introducing dynamic capabilities the intermediary variable,with a fresh perspective,explore executive team heterogeneity,the influence of the relationship between dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance.It mainly includes: first,study the influence of the heterogeneity of senior management team on corporate performance;Second,how the heterogeneity of the executive team influences the dynamic ability;In addition,the research dynamic ability has influence on enterprise performance;Final,the mediating effect of dynamic ability plays a role between the heterogeneity of executive team and corporate performance.With the securities and futures commission in 2012 in the new industry classification standard in information transmission,software and information technology services of small and medium-sized board and gem companies as the representative of the science and technology enterprises,according to the requirement to select 101 science and technology enterprises from 2014 to 2016 data regression analysis,the intermediary variable,with the introduction of dynamic capabilities to explore the executive team heterogeneity,the influence of the relationship between dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance.The research shows that :(1)the age heterogeneity of the executive team,the heterogeneity of the tenure and the heterogeneity of occupational background have significant positive influence on enterprise performance;And education horizontal heterogeneity has significant negative influence on enterprise performance.(2)the executive team heterogeneity age there were significantly positive influence to the dynamic ability,heterogeneity of age to the technological innovation ability and the environment have significant positive influence on insight ability,negative influence of resource integration capability,but not significantly;Between the term of the senior management team heterogeneity and dynamic capability is no significant positive and negative effects,including term heterogeneity has positive influence on to the resources integration ability,insights on technology innovation ability and the environment there is negative influence,but were not significant;Executive team the heterogeneity of education level of the presence of significant positive influence on the dynamic capacity,the heterogeneity of education level of technical innovation ability,environment insight ability has significant positive influence,negative influence of resource integration capability,but not significantly;Executive team professional background heterogeneity there were significantly positive influence on part of dynamic capabilities,including professional background heterogeneity of resource integration ability and the technical innovation ability have significant positive influence,has positive influence on insight ability to the environment,but not significant.(3)dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance.Among them,resource integration ability,technological innovation ability and environmental insight have significant positive influence on enterprise performance.(4)dynamic ability has a partial intermediary role between the heterogeneity of executive team and corporate performance.Among of them,dynamic ability has a partial intermediary role between education level heterogeneity,occupational background heterogeneity and enterprise performance.Dynamic capabilities of innovation ability,environment insight ability in age heterogeneity and partial intermediary role between corporate performance,and resource integration capability in age heterogeneity and no intermediary role between corporate performance;Dynamic ability has no mediating effect between the term heterogeneityFinally through the results of this article,from the insight to the environment ability,innovation ability,strengthen enterprise resource integration ability of development and to develop and construct the reasonable executive team put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to help small and mid-sized enterprise’s survival and development. |
