The financial strategy runs through the entire process of enterprise development.The implementation effect will directly affect the value creation of the company.Dynamic research based on the life cycle perspective,through the determination of the company's life cycle,dynamic analysis of financial strategies.For enterprises,they can judge their strategic development direction more accurately and find out their own shortcomings.They can formulate a financial strategy that stands at an overall perspective and help the company to better achieve its goals and gain more returns at each stage of development.After rapid expansion of the home appliance industry,it has entered a relatively stable period of development.Among them,the sub-market small home appliance industry has a good development prospect,low barriers to entry,and emerging companies emerge one after another.The competition among leading enterprises within the industry is fierce.As a small household electrical appliance company,S company has a good development prospect and a broad market.Under this background,this article adopts the financial data of S company listed from 2004 to2016,and analyzes the financial strategy of company S from the perspective of enterprise life cycle.Through the introduction of relevant theories,the article studies the development direction that companies should choose at different stages of their lives from the perspective of the life cycle,and then clearly defines the financial strategy to be adopted according to the established goals.On the basis of theory,it introduced the general business operations of S companies in the small household appliance industry,analyzed the external environment of the company S,and the internal development concept of the financial strategy implementation environment.Through the analysis of the company's overall situation,the key points and directions of its development were obtained.Combine the actual situation of S company,further determine the life cycle of S company,analyze the current situation of financing,investment and profitdistribution strategies and evaluate the implementation effect according to its life cycle,compare with other leading companies in the same industry and found that the S company has its shortcomings.Finally,it puts forward optimization suggestions based on the actual situation of S company,helps S company to find the right direction of development,and formulates a financial strategy that is in line with the overall development direction of S company,so as to promote S company to achieve sustainable development.The financial strategy studied in this paper is based on the life cycle of the company.Through analysis,it is concluded that company S has entered a mature period and it should develop to a diversified financial strategy.This means that the company's financing needs to adopt a more flexible approach.Investment should improve its strategic layout,achieve diversified investment,and increase employee incentives for profit distribution,realize the long-term development of S company.
