The transfer of forestland is practical significance to optimize the allocation of forest resources, promote the development of forestry industry and increase the income of farmers. With the continuous improvement of the reform of collective forest right system, household management has become the main mode of collective forest land management. But forestry production requires higher scale of forest land.Small scale forest lands are difficult to achieve scale returns. Therefore,we need to improve the system of collective forest rights, and guide the orderly circulation of forest rights.Farmland inflow is an important way for farmers to obtain forestland. It not only promoted the scale benefit of forest management, but also increased the production and income.Rural China is a traditional relational society. In the context of imperfect trading market, the relationship network will have an important impact on Farmers' forest land circulation.Based on the survey data of 402 households in 6 counties(cities)in Zhejiang province in 2016,this paper has studied the influence of social network on the inflow behavior and scale of rural households from the microcosmic level. The scope of the study involves economics, sociology and other disciplines and fields. In this study, the method of normative analysis and empirical research is adopted. The research process is summarized as follows: Firstly,This paper raises the core questions by combing through related literatures and laying the theoretical foundation for the next step.Secondly, combined with qualitative research, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problem, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that can be tested on this basis, and then test the hypothesis by the empirical measurement method. Finally, this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward the policy suggestion.Specifically, the core issue of this study is the impact of the widespread network of relationships in rural traditional societies on the decision-making of forestland inflows. In the empirical study, the Different empirical models were used to test the marginal effects of the relationship between the forest land inflow behavior and scales.Due to the regression results, there may be an endogenous estimated deviation, using the instrumental variable to deal with this problem. And then analyzes the influence of the network size and heterogeneity on forestland inflow with different emotional intensity.Studies have shown that the relationship network can effectively help farmers to achieve forest land transfer. The size, heterogeneity and relational intensity of the relational network have a positive effect on the farmer's behavior and scales.Increasing the relationship strength can promote the influence of relational network heterogeneity on farmland influencing forest land behavior. The overall effect of the relationship network has a positive impact on the behavior and scale of the farmer's entry into the forest. The overall effect of the relationship network has a positive impact on the farmer's land inflow behavior and scale. The relationship network plays an important role in the farmland circulation of farmers.
