An Analysis On The Influence Of Institution On China's Service Trade

Chinese service trade has a good start in the "13th Five-Year",which indicates the important position of service trade in the development of foreign trade and the deepening of opening.China's trade in goods is much higher than the trade in services,but with the increase of China's trade in goods,the international community takes anti-subsidy,anti-dumping and other trade barriers to restrict chinese commodity in the international influence and the impact on China's trade in goods.In 2008,the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis makes a general increase in the raw materials spread throughout,which influenced by Chinese manufacturing inevitably.In order to adapt to the competitive international environment and promote the rapid development of economy,it is necessary to develop China's service trade.With the strengthening of information science and technology of various countries and regions of the GA station,economic and trade relations,the influence of traditional factors on service trade gradually weakened,the influence on international trade system and trade flow are more significant.Moreover,because of the complexity,abstractness and the standard diversity of the system,there is no unified standard for the measurement of the system,which leads to the justice of the existing research conclusions.Therefore,this article explores the impact of the system on China's service trade so as to provide a certain direction and inspiration for the sustainable development of China's service trade.On the basis of relevant theory and service trade,this thesis regards the quality of the China institutional distance and system of service trade as the main line,adopting the research method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis,comparative analysis,then this thesis tries to reveal the full accurate effect of Chinese service trade system.Through the study of 2003-2015 China on 44 major service trade partners in service import and export data,this thesis starts from the two perspectives:China trade partners with the institutional distance and trading partners system quality in order to explore the impact of China service trade system.First of all,on the basis of previous research,institutional distance is divided into the formal system and informal system of distance distance,further it will be officially subdivided into legal system of institutional distance,macroeconomic system distance,micro economic system.The informal system of distance can be respected as the culture system,then this thesis shows the use of relevant theories,analysis of mechanism.Secondly according to the index system of informal institutional quality indexes of formal system quality from the World Bank global governance database,the Heritage Foundation association data and Hofstede research data,research quality index system of trade partners,which can significantly affect China service trade.Finally,through the establishment of a regression model to explore the above issues and draw conclusions.Then according to the conclusions and the development of China's service trade situation,this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions of this thesis are as follows:firstly,from the absolute amount of service trade and the growth rate,Chinese foreign trade in services has been greatly improved,the market structure is relatively stable,rising market share and the traditional service trade.But the overall trend of service trade deficit is not stable,there is a trend of further expansion,regional structural imbalance,a smaller proportion of modern service trade,lack of human capital.Besides,the comparative advantage of labor force is weakened,and the backwardness of management system,laws and regulations are not perfect,resulting the weakness in the overall competitiveness of China's service trade.Secondly,institutional distance and system quality have significant influence on China's service trade.The distance of legal system,the distance of macro economic system and the distance of micro economic system have positive influence on China's service trade,and the distance of cultural system has negative influence on it.The degree of corruption control,uncertainty avoidance,indulgence and restriction have a positive impact on China's service trade exports.The government effectiveness,political democracy,masculinity and femininity have negative impact on it.For China's service import trade,the effectiveness of government has a significant negative impact on it,and the traditional factors,which affect China's service trade still exist.Finally,as the scholars have in-depth study of the important role of trade in services,the system has also been affirmed and supported.China is in the economic transformation period,the industrial foundation of trade in services continues to expand,and new industrial and commercial mode in Internet based on the information technology continue to emerge,which offshores service outsourcing and broads electronic the rapid development of business.But the system is not perfect,the economic system still needs to constantly improve and integrate.China should attach importance to the promotion of institutional environment and fully understand its institutional incentives,constraints,and then grasp the characteristics and future trends of the development of service trade as a whole.The possible innovations of this thesis are as follows:firstly,after reading a lot of relevant articles and reviewing the existing literature information.The starting point of the research are the institutional factors,influence,and institutional distance from the main trade partners of China institutional quality and trade partners.At present,this two perspective influence the system of Chinese service trade.There is little literature to study.Secondly,the impact of China's service trade is different from the simple accession system.This thesis takes into account the impact of the classical hard environment and human capital factors on China's service trade.In the existing literature,some scholars will research the dimensions of institutional quality index directly into the regression model,and not measure the institutional distance;some scholars measure the institutional distance measured but not classified.This thesis attempts to measure the institutional distance based on institutional quality classification,not only divided the system into the formal system and informal system,further the system will be officially divided into macro economic,legal system,micro economic system.It is helpful to find out the influence factors of service trade from the perspectives of system distance,dimension and system quality.It has a certain innovation in the research angle.At last,this thesis objectively affects the system of Chinese service trade,especially in the empirical study presented positive effects of distance on the China formal system of trade in services.To a certain extent,the research is not limited to transaction costs.
