Research On Profits Distribution Of Three Parties For Logistics System Of Locker Boxes

With the rapid development of the Internet,the Red Sea era of e-commerce logistics industry has come.However,the production and operation of the locker boxes logistic is still in the initial development stage.The locker boxes logistic service is in the terminal distribution stage of the e-commerce logistics industry,and it is the last step of the goods arriving at the hands of the consumers.The competitive advantages of resources accumulated by the industry,including customer data,logistics team,financing capacity,technology reserve,industry experience and logistics channels,are reflected here.The development of intelligent locker boxes logistic may become the new blue sea of e-commerce logistics enterprises and provide new strategy and direction to enterprises and the industry.But now there are several critical problems in the development of locker boxes logistic,such as confused charging model,mixed pricing system,simplex benefit model and unreasonable distribution of interests.With above problems unsolved,the advantage of intelligent locker boxes logistic,which can attenuate the terminal distribution problems and promote the efficient and decrease the cost,cannot be exerted so as to lose the significant of application.Therefore,this paper was developed in order to solve the mentioned problems.Based on locker boxes logistics service system composed by logistics enterprises,locker boxes operation companies and property management company,this paper studied the revenue distribution of three parties in this logistics system in different cooperation modes.Best cooperation mode with maximum total revenue was found by using the game theory.Then,this paper improved the orthogonal projection method to simultaneously calculate the impact factor of different types and different projects.Compared with before,this method agrees with actual situation more.Further,considering the risk tolerance and cooperation influence of different parties in this logistics system,this paper uses improved Shapley value method and improved orthogonal projection entropy method to work out the distribution of benefits.And through cross validation of the results of above two methods,this paper verified the distribution plan.
