Research On Patent Cooperation Network Based On New Energy Vehicle

With the rapid development of low carbon economy and knowledge economy,the field of new energy vehicles has gradually become the future development of the automotive industry,the focus of promoting low-carbon society and national economic development.As the main carrier of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the process of technological innovation,patent of cooperative application has become the most important way for enterprise cooperation innovation and development.In recent years,with the development of network,patent cooperation has been brought into a new stage,and a number of patent cooperation networks,which are composed of enterprises,individuals,universities and research institutes,have been formed.The patent cooperation network of new energy vehicles field has become an effective way to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,the main body of the network can obtain,absorb and utilize the resources of the network by cooperation,so as to enhance their own R & D strength.But based on the perspective of patent,research on patent cooperation network structure and network evolution in the field of new energy vehicles is relatively small,and research on the improvement of network structure and function of patent cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles is scarcer.Through the analysis of the main problems in the process of patent cooperation of new energy vehicles field,revealing the behavior preference of the network subject and the evolution mechanism of the network in the patent cooperation network,optimizing the structure and function of new energy automobile industry patent cooperation network,it is of great significance to promote the rapid development of the field of new energy vehicles.This paper based on the perspective of patent,choose the patent cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles as the starting point,make the network structure,network evolution,network invulnerability and the optimization process as the main line,and then put forward the optimization countermeasures of patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of new energy vehicles in the field of patent cooperation network,and expounds the characteristics of the complexity,openness and preferential connectivity;according to the patent analysis and text mining method,gets patent data of new energy vehicles field with cooperative relationship.This paper analyzes the current situation of patent cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles in China from four dimensions,namely,the number of cooperative patents,the types of cooperation between different subjects,the competitiveness of the cooperative partners and the key technologies of cooperation,and finds the main problems of patent cooperation of Chinese new energy vehicles field.Secondly,this paper expounds the concept,characteristics and complexity of the patent cooperation network structure in the field of new energy vehicles,and constructs the patent cooperation network model in the field of new energy vehicles;analyzes the elements of new energy automobile industry patent cooperation network and the cause of formation,digs the basic structure,the internal structure,the network connection,the community structure and the important nodes characteristics of the new energy vehicles in the field of patent cooperation network.Again,the connotation of patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles evolution and complexity were expounded.The behavior aspects,proposes the optimization strategy in the field of new energy vehicles patent cooperation network.Through this study,the concept and characteristics of patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles are determined,revealing the main problems existed in the patent cooperation process of new energy vehicles field;from the two dimensions of the qualitative theory and quantitative structure,mining in the field of new energy vehicles patent cooperation network structure characteristics,from the perspective of structural evolution and spatial evolution,analyzing the evolution of patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles;using the method of simulation analysis,this paper analyzes the invulnerability and optimization process of the patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles;taking the government as the main body of the network optimization,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles.
