| Science and technology service industry refers to the knowledge intensive industry which provides intelligence services to the public and undertakes independent accounting by using modern science and technology knowledge,modern technology and analysis methods,experiences,information and other elements.It is an important branch of modern service industry.Since the 1980 s,the service industry gradually replaced manufacturing as the main driving force of the development of economic growth and innovation in the world’s major developed countries.On the 2016 National Conference on Science and Technology Innovation,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the goal of science and technology development in our country is to make China enter the ranks of innovation oriented country by 2020,enter the forefront of the innovation oriented country by2030,and become a world power in science and technology by the year when the new China was founded 100 years.The key to the construction of an innovative country is to improve the national innovation system,and the core is to solve the problems of how to achieve national independent innovation by transferring and creating knowledge and information at the national level.Experience tells us that the transferring and creating knowledge and information can only be achieved better in the specific environment.In reality,we need a number of professional and technical services to promote industrial upgrading and restructuring of the economy.In recent years,Suzhou municipal government attaches great importance to the development of science and technology service industry,and has issued a series of policies which has greatly promoted the development of science and technology service industry in Suzhou city.The Suzhou science and technology service industry agglomeration effect highlights,the scientific and technological innovation carrier is constantly improving,the combination of technology and finance is constantly intensified,the construction of technology business incubator makes remarkable achievements,and technology service formats achieve continuous improvement.But with the deepening of the system reform,Suzhou science and technology service industry in the development process also gradually exposed the system and mechanism is not perfect,the development environment is not perfect,the driving force is not strong,and the lack of awareness of cooperation and other issues are also exist.The existence of these problems also affects the faster and healthier development of science and technology service industry in Suzhou city.Therefore,how to take further measures to promote the rapid development of science and technology service industry in Suzhou city has become the focus of attention and research focus of the Suzhou municipal government and the community.In this paper,we analyze the development status of science and technology service industry in Suzhou city,point out the existing problems in the development process,and dig out the deep-seated causes of these problems,and based on this,we put forward some measures and suggestions to solve these problems.The purpose is to provide reference and basis for decision making to the Suzhou municipal government when policies and measures is to formulated to solve the problems of Suzhou city science and technology services,and to improve the core competitiveness of the science and technology service industry in Suzhou. |
