In May 2014,when Comrade Xi Jinping——the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee investigated the Henan province,he proposed a new term——“New normal”,which externally conveyed that CPC Central Committee Leaders’ new understanding and consequential prediction of China’s economy.China is entering a “new normal” state of economic development.The economic form is moving towards a more advanced state,the division of labor is more complex and the economic structure is more rational.Economy has impact on financial aspects,of course,finance serves the economy at the same time.Under the “new normal”,economic development trend raised domestic commercial banks’ alarm of credit risk control in China,which reflects the interaction and far—reaching impact among the accumulation of regional financial risk,the release of risk,the infection of risk and the economic entity.On the one hand,small and medium—sized enterprises have a special position in the process of economic reform and social development.Small and medium—sized enterprises taking their significant advantages in terms of quantity play an increasingly important role on increasing employment,invigorating market,improving people’s livelihood,promoting economic restructuring and other aspects.On the other hand,commercial banks play an important role in the development of small and medium—sized enterprises.Providing financing services for small and medium enterprises has become profit growth point for financial institutions.But financial institutions are taking immense risks.According to 2017 CBRC reference data,till the end of the fourth quarter of 2016,non—performing loans of commercial banks reached a balance of CNY 21936 billion,reduced by 1 billion 500 million yuan year on year.The overall NPL ratio of commercial banks was 1.91%,decreased by 0.07% compared with the same period last year.Although the central bank,the CBRC and other regulatory bodies urged commercial banks to speed up their verification,bank non—performing loans are still not declining rapidly nationwide.Obviously,non—performing loans have become an important issue for China’s banking industry.And in all loan companies,small and medium—sized enterprises loans’ problems are particularly serious.How to protect the commercial banks’ tangible benefits and reduce the rate of non—performing loans of small and medium sized enterprises in commercial banks has become the focus of China’s Banking industry.Strengthening the credit risk control of commercial banks has become the necessary way to control the risk of commercial banks.This paper based on the case of China G bank Jiangxi branch analyzes the credit risk control and management in small and medium sized enterprises.After collecting and sorting out the basic system information of credit risk control in commercial banks,this paper utilizes the research method of "problem — Analysis — problem solving",finding the existing small and medium sized enterprises’ credit problems in China’s commercial banks.From the perspective of commercial banks,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of credit risk management of commercial banks,including establishing the complete information disclosure system and the third — party supervised evaluation system for small and medium sized enterprises within the scope of commercial bank credit.For commercial banks themselves,this paper presents that establishing a reasonable organizational structure optimizing the management process of bank credit business and strengthening the employee’s awareness of compliance.
