In 2005,the financial system wanted to find out a method to solve the problem of the difficulty in delivery information about petty loan.With the development and popularization of the Internet technology,P2P lending was born in the condition.In recent years,as the development of P2P lending in our country,we found that,the P2P lending has development potential,which the other financing institution cannot compare.Also because of the development potential,the rapidly speed of development,P2P lending has already stood firm,and became a very important part in the whole financial system.But with the development of P2P lending,some of its problems has also already exposed.In 2014,the industrial risk has exploded in P2P lending.The financial system began to study how to make P2P lending developing healthily.How to strengthen supervision became the most important research in study P2P lending.At present,the credit risks in P2P lending in our country are very serious.Most of the platforms have the weak capacity in the managing and resentencing risk.And also because of P2P lending has a low standard for accessing to market,an incomplete supervision system,and the financial market has not enough confidence to the P2P lending.P2P lending relied on the Internet,this reason made the information passing rapidly in the system.As a whole,P2P lending would have the systematic risk.This essay takes the methods to study the systematic risk in banking system,totally analyzes the development,the credit risk and the systematic risk of the P2P lending.This essay also compares the different between the banking and P2P lending,studies the possibility and the source of systematic risk occur in P2P lending.
