China's trans-provincial transport pattern has been formed,and the railway transportation plays a more important role in "north grain southern transport".It is of great practical significance for the study of the optimization research on the dispatching of special food vehicles to alleviate the pressure of railway food transportation,reduce the cost of grain transportation,and expand the scale of grain transfer in the northeast port.In recent years,the total number of food trucks of enterprises in the northeast port has exploded,resulting in saturation of market capacity.The operation of grain terminal has always been excessively dependent on the external market environment.Food shortage coping mechanism,still follow the "price war" led management policy.The grain terminal is generally used to schedule food trucks and lacks scientific vehicle scheduling.Accordingly,reasonable food special vehicle dispatching plan is crucial to grain wharf.This paper firstly introduces the present situation of north grain south transportation and the operation situation of grain special vehicles in Dalian port.This paper analyzes the internal and external influence factors of the operation scheme of food special vehicles.Refer to traditional vehicle scheduling problems.This paper aims at the shortest wait time of shippers.A scheduling optimization model for food transport was established.In this paper,multi-attribute fuzzy decision method is used to evaluate each shipper,and the utility value of each shipper will be used as the weight of the total utility value.In the end,lingo 11 is used to solve the problem,and the scheme is compared with the original scheme,which proves the validity of the model.
