Research On Department Performance Evaluation Of TPCT Container Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

With the ninth executive meeting convened by the Tianjin municipal government clearly put forward the next five years will focus on the goal of Dongjiang Bonded Port Port Function Positioning and construction of free trade zone,and to develop the policy innovation and function as the starting point,promoting policy innovation in function development,the formation of interaction effect.On this occasion opportunity opportunity for growth,the overall development trend of TPCT container company entered a period of rapid development,the company size,capital investment,personnel and equipment were greatly increased,but by the end of 2015 TPCT container company has not formed a complete set of scientific performance evaluation system,and the original appraisal system is complicated and too frequent,assessment content assessment period a mere formality.And the company in human resources management is the core of the performance management and the company's overall operating environment,objective,demand does not match,the performance appraisal index set unreasonable,subjective assessment,performance appraisal results are not fully implemented,the performance management process such as lack of communication etc..In order to support the company strategy and solve the crisis of company performance management,it is urgent to develop a set of performance evaluation system suitable for the management of TPCT container department in order to cope with the daily management activities.This research project is based on the above significance.In this paper,the author through the work in the company from the actual starting on the Balanced Scorecard theory,systematic research and design methods,through a variety of practical application verify the statistical principle,procedures detailed elaboration,the chart data demonstration objectively supplemented by column notes give the actual application and implementation process.This paper studies from the perspective of practical application,the interpretation of the practical application of Balanced Scorecard in the Container Terminal Company sector management practice,and make the research results have reference of general industries,and provide reference for the domestic Container Terminal Company.
