The Research On Promotion Strategy Of Financial Budget Management Of Nanning JY Company

Financial budget management is a branch of enterprise budget management and also the core of budget management;financial management with capital management at the core is the center of enterprise management.Therefore,financial budget management is not only a significant measure of effective capital management but also a vital guarantee for the realization of enterprise strategies.This paper is based on the theory of financial budget management,applying and mixing three methods,documentary research method,survey research method and case study,in order to study the financial budget management of Nanning JY company.Initially,the paper analyses the problems existing in the implementation process of JY company's financial budget management.And then,putting forward the specific countermeasures towards the promotion of JY company's financial budget management considering its actual operating situation to give clear direction to effective promotion of JY company's financial budget management.Finally,The main conclusions are as follows:(i)although the financial budget management of Y company has made some achievements,it still exists some problems that need to be solved;(ii)a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the problems combined with the actual situation of JY serves as a stepping stone of giving direction to promotion of JY company's financial budget management strategies;(iii)coming up with the promotion strategy of JY company's financial budget management which includes perfecting the organization and system of financial budget management,Standardizing the preparation of the financial budget,Improving the financial budget execution and control system,Strengthening financial budget assessment and incentive mechanism,optimizing the financial budget management system and so on.All in all,theses measures play an crucial and critical role for building a financial budget management system that is suitable for JY's operating situation,promoting resource sharing and feedback among all levels of personnel and enhancing the management level of JY company to provide effective guarantee for the smooth progress of JY company's strategic goals.
