Study On Professionals' Post Development Channel In SW Company

The competition of modern enterprise is the talent competition,and the professionals is important component of the three team,whose team construction and personnel training has great significance for enterprises' development,especially for research enterprises.At present,many enterprises only pay attention to manager' career development channel.But for professionals,they may just have title assess,which is promoted according to status and weak for energizing.Meanwhile,due to the less of development levels,some professionals won't have higher goal and channel when they reach a certain level,such as senior title.They will decrease their motivation or give up their majors to do management work,which will loss or dislocate professionals.Aiming at professionals in scientific research and production areas of SW company,this paper analyzes the existing problems of professionals' development channels based on its professionals' training situation,and redesign professionals' sequence.Then,it put forward operable implementation strategy for professionals' post sequence development channel,which will provide a wide range of intellectual support and talent guarantee for transferring professionals' creativities and realizing the company's strategic development goals.The main contents including four aspects.(1)It summarizes the theory of "double sequence" mode domestic and overseas,clarify relevant concepts and implementation significance,and make a comment on the implementation effect.(2)It analyzes the current situation and existing problems of professionals' development channels.(3)It combs and designs professionals' post sequence,including post production,post level design,post operation management recommendation,and establishes integrity post development channel.(4)It puts forward seven strategies for SW company to implement post development channel,such as increasing support from managers and leaders,providing corresponding organization support,establishing training system,perfecting the evaluation system,setting up information platform,promoting supporting policies,etc.
