Study On The Risk Management Of Asset Management Co In The Restructuring Of Trouble Enterprises

At present,our country is under the background of the supply side structural reforms.The economy is experiencing a painful reform process.‘The three phase superposition' effect continues,with the economic growth declined,commodity prices fell,entity enterprise profit declined,fiscal revenue growth declined,and the probability of economic risk rising,which lead to a very part of enterprise management facing management difficulties,then the numbers of troubled enterprises increased.In a financial market,AMC(Assets Management Company)is an important force of which participate in the implementation problem enterprise equity restructuring.The ongoing of the supply side structural reforms will provide broad space for the AMC's development.At the same time,AMC also face the very part of the risk challenges.This article is based on the theory related of the corporate restructuring.Through analyzed the case of H AMC's participation in N corporate's equity restructuring,summarize the main risk points.The main risk points are pricing risk,payment risk,debt risk,the government risk,quit risk,risk identification and so on.According to the above analysis,this article puts forward the corresponding measures to prevent the risks,such as careful to select target enterprises,perfect the evaluation process,standardize the operation process,establish evaluation mechanism,etc.Ultimately,hope this article can provide reference advice to the AMC which involved in the equity restructuring of troubled enterprises.
