Research On The Strategies To Optimize The Spatial Arrangement Of Northeast Three Province

In this paper,we discuss the development,distribution and concentration of service in northeast three province.And we make some policy advice in the last chapter.The background of this paper is the economic depression of northeast three province.Specially,the growth of services in northeast three province stays low.the government has published severe polices to solve this problem.But these polices centred on manufacturing industry.Now,the government wants to promote the northeast three province again.For available policies,we should understand the the development,distribution and concentration of service in northeast.In this essay,we wants to discuss the service's development.distribution and concentration of prefecture-level city in northeast three province.For the service's development of northeast three province.We get some result:(1)Liaoning's development of services is better than other two provinces.(2)The top of increase of northeast three province's service appears in 2011,then a depress raises.(3)The increase of service of northeast three province clearly affected by the macroeconomic environment.In this paper,we use Arcgis and sufer to depicts the features of northeast three province.Then we through it to get some result:(1)From 2004 to2016,northeast three province had a high increase.(2)This increase is almost all distract.(3)The concentration of northeast three province is obvious.(4)The centre of northeast three province is transportation junction and resource-based city.(5)Liaoning's development and concentration are better than other two province.Through our research the space distribution drawing and the contour line drawing,we can see that northeast three province has a obvious concentration.So this paper begin to discuss the concentration of northeast three province.There are many index of concentration.We choose the location quotient index.Firstly,we use the quotient index in 2016 to show that the status of service of northeast three province.Then we use the quotient index in past ten years to show the trend of service of northeast three province.Depend some thesis,we discuss the facts of concentration of service of northeast three province.These thesis are that(1)Urbanization has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.(2)Human resources has has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.(3)The market demand has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.(4)The degree of openness has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.(5)The degree of government involvement has negative correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.We use some data to return that.And the result is(1)The market demand and human resources has colinearity with other factors(2)The degree of government involvement has negative correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province(3)The degree of openness has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.(4)Urbanization has positive correlation with concentration of service of northeast three province.Based on the forth analysis.I make some advice with these problem.(1)Make the policy reasonable and adjust the industrial strutual(2)Make the division reasonable on industrial chain.(3)Differential policy promote the comprehensive balanced development.Then we make some advice on space division.(1)Depend on location advantages,make leading industry.(2)Enforce the industrial linkage.(3)Around the centre city,make the division reasonable At last,we make the advice on concentration of service of northeast three province.(1)Abandon the protection of location,complete the competition in the market.(2)Enforce the degree of openness,improve the environment of investment and market.(3)Speed up the urbanization,speed up the demand of market.(4)Enforce the quality of human resources.
